This blog was created by nine MCDS faculty members who are attending the Building Learning Communities Conference (aka blc10) in Boston. We wanted a shared space to ponder and process all that we are learning. Our group includes the Upper School Division Head, a Director of Technology, a member of Student Support Services and classroom teachers from several disciplines.

Visual Media Links
my morning session was given by Michael Lambert who teaches at a christian school in china. He has become a visual media specialist through his years as a language arts teacher, doing a lot of combined multimedia word and image projects. He had many tried and true links for accessing visual media online. some are listed below...of course i have many more written down too.
